You sign in with APPBLOCKS being fully aware that NeoITO is only a facilitator to the Cloud based platform and the cloud space is owned by the Service Provider, with whom Company have valid legal agreement.
It is the policy of Company not to side any political party or promote any opinion of any sect, cult, religion, group or political party.
Protecting the financial and banking data of parties and third parties are especially important. For that reason, Company does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Website/platform from users under 18 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then you are mandated not to use or access the Website at any time or in any manner without verified parental consent. Only those creative blocks (soft blocks including – coding, programs, designs etc.) which you choose to be made public on the platform can be accessed by other users. All the other woks or creations you make or deposit on the platform, even if it is made by using the blocks from the platform, it shall be protected in your space in the Platform and will not be shared to any third party. You alone will be responsible for sharing of your creating work or any part of coding of the same to any third party based on our Terms and Conditions. (Provide link to T& C)
APPBLOCKS/ company website may provide links to third party websites “for informative or promotional purposes”. This does not signify our endorsement of such third-parties, their products, their services, other websites, locations or their content. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from APPBLOCKS, nor the information or content contained therein. These sites may collect information about you/your business. Please remember that when you use a link to go from APPBLOCKS to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your account may be terminated from our side if you fail to make payment consecutively for 3 months and in such an event reinstation shall happen only once you pay the whole amount due. Your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or termination of your account and your data will be saved only for one month. However, we will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way.
APPBLOCKS reserves the right to amend/update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect and to meet the changing needs of business and technology.
